02 Feb New Year, New Faces!
Same Love Surrogacy has grown by 8 feet! We are thrilled to announce these four new additions to our Ahh-mazing SLS Team.
Matthew Sordello and his husband of 15 years welcomed their first child last year through egg donation and surrogacy. Mason, born on May 1, 2022, has forever changed their lives and through this process Matthew learned the importance of the surrogacy agency and selecting a team to make the complicated journey successful and less stressful.
Matthew is ecstatic to join the team at Same Love Surrogacy as an IP Coordinator and will be working with both domestic and European IPs.
Residing in Los Angeles, he comes from a background in producing television and understands the value in organization, communication, and promptness. Matthew approaches life with empathy and positivity and can’t wait to help others grow their family.
Haylie Lane plays an important role on the SLS Team in the Medical Records Department as our Surrogate Administrative Lead. She comes to us with background experience in Fertility and Oncology as a Medical Assistant.
Haylie completed 2 surrogacy journeys – once for an international family and another for a local gay couple who she remains close with to this day. Haylie has since donated her eggs 4 times for Intended Parents in Dallas, Brussels, and New Zealand.
Haylie is born and raised in Texas and lives just south of Dallas with her two children and their pets.
Mike Snaric comes to us with an operational background from Equinox Fitness Clubs as well as a Human Resources/Recruiting background at multiple technology companies, where he managed both people and programs to lead successful departments/businesses. Mike is just starting out in the surrogacy industry but is well versed in the process due to his own personal experience he and his husband shared when they went through the surrogacy process in 2021 to have their twin boys.
Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating the surrogacy journey as an intended parent and since he and his husband developed such a great relationship with their surrogate, he also understands the post-birth part of the journey too! Mike will help you understand the full scope of this amazing journey, from the good parts to the challenging parts!
Mike resides in Bergen County, NJ and works from his home office. Mike is the Intended Parent Coordinator for the East Coast and European regions. Mike is married to his husband, George, has two twin boys James & Anthony and has 4 miniature dachshunds (Benz, Yoshi, Gonzo & Snoopy!)
Andrea Muehlhaus comes to us from West Coast Surrogacy, where she managed hundreds of surrogacy cases over the years. Andrea has been in the surrogacy industry for the past 9 ½ years and has been a surrogate 3 times herself for two sets of gay couples who she and her family remain close with to this day.
Andrea brings her wealth of surrogacy knowledge, her heart, compassion, and love for surrogacy to the SLS Team. She is the designated Surrogate Coordinator for SLS Surrogates residing in Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Nevada.
Andrea resides in Fresno, California, where she also works from her home office. Andrea is married and has 2 teenage children, 4 dogs, 5 cats, and a bearded dragon to boot.
